Black Hole Module

ETS2 & ATS - Turn Signal Lever Integrated Module

Module Overview

The Black Hole module is the core functional module of the EliteDrive ecosystem, integrating multiple driving control functions:

• Light handle - Left/right turn signal control, high/low beam switch, light horn control
• Cruise handle - Cruise control function
• Wiper lever - Multi-position wiper control
• Retarder dial - Multi-position retarder control
• Key module - Vehicle power/ignition control

Light Handle

Light Handle

The light handle integrates turn signal control, high beam control, and light horn functions.

1. Turn Signal Control

Turn signal handle usage:

• Light tap - Flashes 5 times then auto-cancels (adjustable in driver game settings)
• Push and hold to lock - Continuous flashing until manually canceled or steering wheel returns to center
• Push up - Right turn signal
• Push down - Left turn signal

In game settings, ensure turn signals use default shortcuts "[" and "]", and disable "Auto-cancel turn signals" option.

2. High Beam Control

• Push handle forward - High beam on/off (toggle)

3. Light Horn Control

• Pull handle back - Briefly activate high beam, turns off when released (no effect if high beam is already on)

Cruise Handle

Cruise Handle

Cruise handle functions:

• SET - Activate cruise control (only works when vehicle speed is above 40 km/h)
• SPEED+ - Increase or decrease cruise speed
• RES - Resume cruise (can restore cruise after interruption)
• CAN - Cancel cruise (needs to be bound to brake or engine brake)
• LIM - Adaptive cruise (can automatically follow and adjust speed)
• OFF - Turn off cruise handle

Wiper Handle Positions

Wiper Handle Positions

• OFF - Wiper off
• AUTO - Intermittent mode
• LO - Low speed continuous
• HI - High speed continuous
• 1X - Single wipe (temporary activation, resets when released)

Bind "P" key and "-" key as wiper control shortcuts. In game settings, uncheck the "Rain Sensor" option.

Retarder Control

Retarder Control

The dial on the right side of the wiper handle controls the retarder, 0-3 levels:

• Level 0 - Retarder off
• Level 1-3 - Gradually increase retarder force

The retarder requires game default shortcuts to work properly. Some vehicles don't have a retarder, set the retarder switch to level 0.

Swap Wiper and Retarder Controls

Swap Wiper and Retarder Controls

In APP game settings, wiper and retarder button controls can be swapped.

Wiper Handle Custom Functions

Key Module

Key Module

The key module has three positions:

• OFF - Vehicle power off
• ON - Vehicle powered, dashboard activated
• START - Start engine, auto-return when released

1. The key module requires these two shortcuts to be bound for proper use:
• Toggle engine power (bind to Q key)
• Start/stop engine (bind to E key)
2. In the EliteDrive driver menu, make sure to check "Use Key Module" option
3. The tightness of the three fixing screws on the key module directly affects the vibration effect - the tighter the screws, the weaker the vibration. Users can adjust as needed

Troubleshooting

Q Turn signals not working properly
A Check if using default shortcuts [ and ], if auto-cancel turn signals is disabled in game settings
Q Wiper behaving abnormally
A Check if P and - keys are bound, if rain sensor is unchecked in game settings
Q Retarder not working properly
A Check if game uses default shortcuts for retarder
Q Key module not working
A Check if "Use Key Module" is enabled in driver menu, if Q and E shortcuts are properly bound
